Shock wave therapy device ESWT therapy machine for erectile dysfunction
What is shockwave therapy and how does it help patients?
Shockwave therapy is a treatment method in which an applicator is
used to direct radial ‘shockwaves’ on the part of the body to be
treated. Lots of scientific research has been conducted into
shockwave therapy over recent years. An analysis of the published
research provides plenty of evidence to substantiate the advantages
of shockwave therapy, and shows that there are lots of patients who
benefit from the treatment.
How does shockwave therapy work?
Once the physiotherapist has determined where the complaint originates, and that shockwave therapy is the correct treatment method to be used, some gel is applied to the painful area. Then the Shockwave device is used. The handpiece contains a fast-moving projectile controlled by a compressor. This projectile transmits energy to the applicator to generate the radial shockwaves, which then spread through and are absorbed by the body. The frequency and pressure of the waves can be adjusted.
The shockwaves reduce pain partly through the creation of substance
P and the hyperstimulation of pain sensors. The body itself
regenerates the affected tissues, resulting in the following
effects:
Improved blood flow and neovascularisation
Increased growth factors
More mesenchymal stem cells
Stimulation of the metabolism
Shockwave therapy can also reduce calcification and fibrosis. The
technique used in shockwave therapy comes from kidney stone
pulverisers. The treatment is short term, but patients may
experience some sensitivity. The advantage is that treatment only
lasts for around 8 to 10 minutes. Shockwave therapy is always
combined with training, manual therapy or other physiotherapy
techniques during treatment in the practice, and/or exercises that
the patient is given to do at home.

Product detail
Handle display
The handle is scientifically designed for easy operation. Equipped with 12 working heads of different sizes for different body parts. The bullet in the handle is more resistant to hitting and will not break more than 2 million times. Easy to change the bullet and maintain .
The focus form is deep self-focusing,the focus form can speed up the wave energy and focused on the treated body part.
The radial form is the middle layer focusing, the radial form can spread the shock wave evenly and the treated area is larger.
Two handles can be choose.
Interface display
The program is very intelligent, there are English and Spanish to choose. The interface of shock wave is very concise and easy to operate. In the interface, it shows you ten different body parts like elbow, shoulder, hand and so on. The system will recommend the suitable handpiece to you according to this treatment. There are 6 different preloads for you to choose. It's programmed with two modes,C mode and P mode. The frequency ranges from 1 to 21 Hz. The max energy is 6 Bar.

HOW IT WORKS?
The Radial shockwave therapy system is an advanced system that uses short, intense electromagnetic shockwaves to treat musculoskeletal pain. It works by stimulating the break down of scar tissue and adhesions, causing an inflammatory response which increases blood circulation to the area and helps relieve pain, promote healing and improve range of motion. Radial Pulse Therapy is indicated to treat pain from muscle, tendon, ligament and bone injuries due to trauma, overuse or arthritis. The smartwave device consists of a hand piece in which electromagnets are projected on an applicator tip producing radial energy waves that penetrate deep into the tissues (35-40 mm) where other forms of therapy (heat, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) cannot reach.
Which complaints is shockwave therapy successfully applied for?
Shockwave therapy is a good technique for a range of complaints. We
divide the complaints into five categories:
TendonsThe most common tendon complaints that can be treated are
painful Achilles tendons, patellar tendons, supraspinatus and
lateral (tennis) elbow.
Bones The most common bone pathologies are medial tibial stress
syndrome (shin splints) and greater trochanteric pain syndrome.
Neurological disorders It is generally accepted that radial
shockwave therapy is successful for muscle treatment of spasticity,
both in adults with hemiplegia and children with cerebral palsy.
Muscles Treatment of trigger points, muscle pain and muscle
hypertonia.
Connective tissue Known applications for shockwave therapy are
plantar fasciopathy, trigger finger and scar tissue.
Benefits of shockwave therapy for the patient
Shockwave therapy has many benefits for patients who have often
suffered with chronic complaints for several years. It offers a
good and realistic alternative to painkilling medication and
(major) surgery as it is less invasive, less stressful and more
focused on the body’s self-healing qualities. The benefits offered
by shockwave therapy include:
realistic alternative to surgery or medication
treats the cause, not the symptoms
80% success rate
6 - 8 treatment sessions required on average
fast treatment per session (8 - 10 minutes)
limited side-effects with only a slight risk of some redness or
swelling
pain relief and recovery often after just a few days
reliable and scientifically proven form of therapy for many
complaints
MoveMens interviewed five patients about their experiences, which
were all positive. One of the patients, who had suffered with
complaints in both heels for years, said: ‘It was unbelievable what
happened. I noticed after just two or three treatments that I could
walk better and wear shoes I hadn’t been able to for years. I’d
made a habit of buying shoes with soft soles so I could cope better
with the pain I had when walking.’
Shock wave therapy for ED
Most men suffering from erectile dysfunction have vascular problems affecting the vessels that supply blood to the cavernous bodies of the penis, resulting in a decreased ability to develop and maintain an erection. The end result is an inadequate blood-flow followed by premature draining of an already reduced amount of blood from the cavernous bodies, meaning an erection is not achieved. Shockwave Therapy for ED of this type can be a highly effective treatment. The shockwaves are focused onto the area to be treated creating new blood vessels in penile tissue, enabling patients to achieve and maintain firm spontaneous erections.
ED therapy protocal:
1. Target to spongy tissue in 5 different areas
2. 300 impacts per area , total 1500 impacts in one treatment
3. Twice a week , treat consistently for 3 weeks ,then stop for 3
weeks. And start next course .
4. Should be more impacts at the top end of penis . And. Less
impacts at the bottom of penis.vascular-related ED problems rather
than just treating the symptoms.
Shock wave therapy for cellulit reduction
Cellulite typically appears on the thighs, buttocks and upper arms.
An imbalance between fat production (lipogenesis) and fat breakdown
(lipolysis) within the cells leads to the formation of large fat
cells that are typical of cellulite, giving the skin the dimpled
appearance.
Acoustic Wave Therapy (AWT) can be performed on patients of any
age. It helps the skin regain natural elasticity and firmness,
improving figure and helping lose inches!
On average each cellulite treatment takes about 15 minutes.
Depending on the degree of cellulite, 6 to 10 sessions at 3 to 4
times per week may be necessary. Studies conducted in Switzerland,
Germany and the United States have shown a 110% improvement in skin
elasticity in the female patients treated. All women participating
in this study were highly satisfied with the Acoustic Wave
Treament. AWT uses acoustic sound waves which are gently introduced
into the affected bodyregions.
The results are:
skin smoothing and rejuvenation
breakdown of fat deposits
connective tissue tightening
slimming of affected body regions
FAQ
What signs indicate this therapy is needed?
Shock wave therapy may treat conditions such as degenerated tendons (Achilles tendonitis), heel pain (plantar fasciitis) and tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis).
How Long Does Treatment Last?
The therapy session takes about 15 minutes depending on the
disorder that is treated. In general, 3-5 sessions are necessary at
weekly intervals. The greatest success rate when dealing with
problem areas is achieved by following a 12 week treatment program..
When should I avoid this therapy?
Complications are infrequent with shock wave therapy. People who
have poor sensation (neuropathy) or hypersensitivity in the target
area should not have this procedure. Open sores should also be
avoided. Shock wave therapy is not used in patients with heart
conditions or seizures. It should not be used during pregnancy.
This should be discussed with your physician before undergoing the
procedure.
